Room Set-Ups

We welcome custom set-up requests and will work with you on a floor plan to suit your event needs.

 

Reception - View Floor Plan

Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Includes a bar, high top tables without seating or a combination of low and high tops. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.

Banquet - View Floor Plan

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. We welcome outside rentals should you require a different size table.

E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape - View Floor Plan

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.

Theater - View Floor Plan

A theatre setup style often referred to as auditorium setup, is a row of chairs facing the front of the room. This setup is suitable for short presentations or larger groups that do not require extensive note-taking.

Classroom - View Floor Plan

It is a classic classroom style setup where round tables with seating on one side only can fit up to 4 guest comfortably.

*Occupancy numbers may decrease based on setup requests including, but not limited to, number of guest tables, type of service, sponsor tables, decor, check in and entertainment areas.

There are times when items other than the standard furnishings or additional furnishings may need to be rented. Any equipment rented is the sole responsibility of the sponsoring organization. All vendors must comply with set safety procedures. Delivery, setup, and pickup will be arranged through the Event Manager assigned.
