China, Silver and Glassware

Buffet or reception china, silver and glassware are included in the Grandview Ballroom Rental Fee. There is an additional charge for pre-set meal and specialty items.

Tables and Chairs

Tables and Chairs Grandview Ballroom rental includes our standard 60" black round tables with chairs that seat up to 8 guests each. Buffet tables are also included. If the event is held in any other venue on or off campus, it is the event host's responsibility to arrange tables, chairs, etc.

Staffing

Grandview Catering & Events determines the appropriate staffing level for each function. Events require 1.5 hours of set up, the event duration and 1 hour of clean up. 

  • Catering Captain $30/hour 
  • Server $18/hour (no charge for ASU clients) 
  • Bartender $22.50/hour 
  •  A/V on site service Please inquire
  • ASU PD Security Officer Events with bar service and any large events require security officers.
  • Chef Attendant Live Action stations, as well as buffet with two or more entree options, require a chef attendant. $75 per chef/station

We do not provide tables and chairs in any location at all (except for Grandview Ballroom).
